The management of virtual education was a strategy to give continuity to the academic demand; however, this situation generated problems in the mental health of all educational agents. The objective of the study was to identify the management of virtual education and mental health in times of pandemic. The method used was the systematic review of research on the subject. Regarding the selection criteria, 11 articles from the ProQuest databases from the years 2020 to 2022 were analyzed. The conclusion was that the contributions found indicate that the pandemic had an abrupt impact on virtual education and mental health of students, teachers and parents who expressed stress, anxiety and helplessness for different reasons, so it was important to provide socio-affective and cognitive support in education through workshops and psychological training.
