Abstract

In Bolivia, as throughout the world, the universities specified the continuity of classes through virtual modality in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. In such a way that this scientific article aims to identify the perceptions of the students of the Psychology Career of the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés, about virtual education and the application of programs and pedagogical strategies developed in virtual higher education during the post pandemic of the COVID19 in the 2022 management. In relation to the methodology used in this study, the applied approach was qualitative of a descriptive and exploratory type because situations, facts and events that manifest themselves at a certain moment are described. The technique used was the interview itself that was carried out with students of the Psychology Career of the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés (UMSA). From the results of the investigation it is concluded that the means or resources used by teachers in virtual classes are: virtual books, virtual blackboard, presentations in programs such as Power Point, technological resources, virtual exams, exhibitions, videos, photographs, audiovisual resources and in relation to educational platforms, the most used are Classroom, Gloogle Meet, Teams, Zoom, Moodle and WhatsApp. In addition, the COVID-19 pandemic has forced the use of technological tools in order to continue the teaching-learning process.
