Anaphylaxis is a rare cause of vasospasm acute coronary syndrome with or without the presence of underlying coronary disease. We present the case of Kounis syndrome in a male patient with no known risk factors for coronary heart disease who presented with acute coronary syndrome with elevation of ST that required management with epinephrine, basic life support, and admission to the Intensive Care Unit; with coronaryarteriography without evidence of underlying disease.
