Abstract

ORCHE GARCIA, Enrique. Planteamiento general de la seguridad en la rehabilitación y explotación turística de los parques mineros o minas musealizadas  . REV. MAMYM [online]. 2023, vol.8, n.1, pp.24-31. ISSN 2519-5352.

ABSTRACT The safety of mining parks and museumized mines is not regulated in practically any country, despite the fact that there are more and more visitors and users of these facilities. In the absence of this regulation, at least in Spain, the criteria adopted by the different competent administrations are varied. However, it is necessary to establish a clear regulatory criterion that covers the rehabilitation works of the facilities, the visitors who later come to them and the personnel who attend them, establish the procedures to be followed (authorities involved, projects to be presented, works to be carry out, authorizations, etc.), and define the responsibilities that would arise in case of malpractice, accident or death. In the present work, a conceptual solution is proposed, already applied in some places in Spain, and which may be reasonable as long as the authorities establish specific regulations for the sector.

Keywords : Mining parks; mining; geological heritaje; museumized mines; safety; tourism.
