Abstract

The article describes the outreach of the indigenous native autonomy, according to Bolivian legislation, as far as its competences over educative issues, in order to relate it with the regionalized curriculum, considering its intracultural features. The role thatthe Educative Council of native people in Bolivia play concerning the building of educative proposals from the point of view of the native people and nations is pointed out. In the same line the author analyzes the indigenous autonomy and regionalized curriculum as well aimed in the searching for the native nations and the native people self-determination. Otherwise the author points out the dangers of this process, if it is not undertaken carefully, he offers some guidelines and makes other considerations in order to continue debating this issue.
