Busca ofrecer una perspectiva integral sobre el daño ambiental causado por la industria hidrocarburífera con el objetivo de impactar positivamente en la sociedad. El estudio se propone implementar el método de bioestimulación para reducir el nivel de Diesel D B5 en suelos contaminados en un puerto pesquero en Trujillo 2024, identificar cambios durante el tratamiento del suelo, evaluar diferentes dosis de biosol de pescado y determinar la tasa de degradación de Diesel mediante la incorporación de biosol como bioestimulante. Adoptando un diseño Completamente al Azar para la recopilación y análisis de datos. Los resultados fueron contrastados con las pruebas estadísticas, del T Student, indican que el tratamiento de bioestimulación con 60 gramos de Biosol exhibe la mayor tasa de reducción (44.19%), seguido por el tratamiento con 40 gramos de Biosol (43.86%).]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The research addresses soil degradation caused by hydrocarbon spills, highlighting its threat to soil quality, groundwater and biodiversity. It seeks to offer a comprehensive perspective on the environmental damage caused by the hydrocarbon industry with the aim of positively impacting society. The study proposes to implement the biostimulation method to reduce the level of Diesel D B5 in contaminated soils in a fishing port in Trujillo 2024, identify changes during soil treatment, evaluate different doses of fish biosol and determine the degradation rate of Diesel by incorporating biosol as a biostimulant. Adopting an experimental and quantitative approach with a Completely Randomized Design for data collection and analysis. The results were contrasted with the statistical tests, the T Student, indicating that the biostimulation treatment with 60 grams of Biosol exhibits the highest reduction rate (44.19%), followed by the treatment with 40 grams of Biosol (43.86%). Although the difference between this last treatment and the control group is not significant, the implementation of fish biosol shows promising effectiveness in bioremediation, highlighting the importance of its application in the decomposition of Diesel D B5 in contaminated soils.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO A investigação aborda a degradação do solo causada por derrames de hidrocarbonetos, destacando a sua ameaça à qualidade do solo, às águas subterrâneas e à biodiversidade. Procura oferecer uma perspectiva abrangente sobre os danos ambientais causados pela indústria de hidrocarbonetos com o objetivo de impactar positivamente a sociedade. O estudo propõe implementar o método de bioestimulação para reduzir o nível de Diesel D B5 em solos contaminados em um porto pesqueiro de Trujillo 2024, identificar alterações durante o tratamento do solo, avaliar diferentes doses de biossol de peixe e determinar a taxa de degradação do Diesel incorporando biossol como um bioestimulante. Adotando uma abordagem experimental e quantitativa com Delineamento Completamente Randomizado para coleta e análise de dados. Os resultados foram contrastados com os testes estatísticos, o T Student, indicando que o tratamento de bioestimulação com 60 gramas de Biossol apresenta a maior taxa de redução (44,19%), seguido do tratamento com 40 gramas de Biossol (43,86%). Embora a diferença entre este último tratamento e o grupo controle não seja significativa, a implementação do biossol de peixes apresenta eficácia promissora na biorremediação, destacando a importância de sua aplicação na decomposição do Diesel D B5 em solos contaminados.]]></p></abstract>
