Luego de las experiencias y lecciones aprendidas durante dos años de cierre de escuelas, docentes y autoridades educativas tienen desafíos que afrontar; por tanto, esta investigación planteó como objetivo describir el desarrollo de las competencias digitales docentes y los desafíos post pandemia, con la finalidad de presentarlo a la comunidad académica para un futuro debate. Metodológicamente se abordó desde el paradigma interpretativo, con enfoque cualitativo de diseño fenomenológico, para la recolección de la información se entrevistaron a docentes de aula y especialistas en gestión pedagógica de la educación básica mediante la técnica del grupo focal. Se concluyó que, para desarrollar las competencias digitales docentes en contextos actuales, el estado debe fortalecer la práctica docente mediante políticas efectivas, ofreciendo programas de formación continua donde se promueva el dominio de la tecnología con fines educativos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Migrating to remote education, exposed the low level of development of teachers' digital competencies. After the experiences and lessons learned during two years of school closures, teachers and educational authorities have challenges to face; therefore, the objective of this research was to describe the development of teachers' digital competencies and the post-pandemic challenges, in order to present it to the academic community for future discussion. Methodologically, it was approached from the interpretive paradigm, with a qualitative approach of phenomenological design, for the collection of information, classroom teachers and specialists in pedagogical management of basic education were interviewed through the focus group technique. It was concluded that, in order to develop teachers' digital competencies in current contexts, the state must strengthen teaching practice through effective policies, offering continuous training programs that promote the mastery of technology for educational purposes.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO A migração para o ensino remoto expôs o baixo nível de desenvolvimento das competências digitais dos professores. Após as experiências e lições aprendidas durante dois anos de fechamento de escolas, os professores e as autoridades educacionais têm desafios a enfrentar; portanto, esta pesquisa teve como objetivo descrever o desenvolvimento das competências digitais dos professores e os desafios pós-pandemia, a fim de apresentá-la à comunidade acadêmica para futuros debates. Metodologicamente, foi abordada a partir do paradigma interpretativo, com uma abordagem qualitativa de desenho fenomenológico, para a coleta de informações, foram entrevistados professores de sala de aula e especialistas em gestão pedagógica da educação básica, utilizando a técnica de grupo focal. Concluiu-se que, para desenvolver as competências digitais dos professores nos contextos atuais, o Estado deve fortalecer a prática docente por meio de políticas eficazes, oferecendo programas de formação continuada que promovam o domínio da tecnologia para fins educacionais.]]></p></abstract>
