En relación a esta problemática se planteó como objetivo analizar la importancia del acompañamiento pedagógico y el desempeño docente en las instituciones públicas de la educación básica. La metodología empleada fue la revisión bibliográfica bajo el enfoque cualitativo, fueron analizados diversas fuentes referenciales como artículos de revistas académicas, libros, tesis, entre otros, las categorías analizadas fueron acompañamiento pedagógico y desempeño docente. En ese sentido, el acompañamiento pedagógico es una estrategia que se desarrolla en la institución educativa para evaluar al docente sobre su desempeño en pro de fortalecer sus necesidades formativas y de gestión.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Education is in a stage of great challenges, one of them is teacher training, in this sense, it is of utmost importance to strengthen their pedagogical practice because it will directly affect student learning. In relation to this problem, the objective was to analyze the importance of pedagogical accompaniment and teacher performance in public basic education institutions. The methodology used was the bibliographic review under the qualitative approach, several referential sources were analyzed such as articles in academic journals, books, theses, among others, the categories analyzed were pedagogical support and teacher performance. In this sense, pedagogical support is a strategy that is developed in the educational institution to evaluate the teacher's performance in order to strengthen their training and management needs.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO A educação encontra-se em um estágio de grandes desafios, um deles é a formação de professores, nesse sentido, é de suma importância fortalecer sua prática pedagógica, pois isso afetará diretamente a aprendizagem dos alunos. Em relação a esse problema, o objetivo foi analisar a importância do apoio pedagógico e o desempenho dos professores em instituições públicas de educação básica. A metodologia utilizada foi a revisão de literatura sob a abordagem qualitativa, foram analisadas diversas fontes de referência como artigos de revistas acadêmicas, livros, teses, entre outros, as categorias analisadas foram apoio pedagógico e desempenho docente. Nesse sentido, o apoio pedagógico é uma estratégia que se desenvolve na instituição de ensino para avaliar o desempenho do professor, a fim de fortalecer suas necessidades de formação e gestão.]]></p></abstract>
