Se desarrolló con una metodología de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental de nivel correlacional, de tipo aplicada. La muestra estuvo conformada por 20 trabajadores de las cooperativas. Se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumentos los cuestionarios. Los resultados mostraron una correlación positiva significativa (0.609, p &lt; 0.05) entre estas variables. Además, la gestión del talento humano y la satisfacción laboral se relacionaron positivamente con el compromiso afectivo (0.568), de continuidad (0.546) y normativo (0.635). En conclusión, existe una correlación significativa y positiva entre la gestión del talento humano, la satisfacción laboral y el compromiso organizacional de los trabajadores en estas cooperativas. Esto sugiere que mejorar la gestión del talento humano puede aumentar la satisfacción y el compromiso laboral.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between human talent management, job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the Savings and Credit Cooperatives of Andahuaylas, Peru. It was developed using a quantitative approach methodology, a non-experimental design of correlational level, of applied type. The sample consisted of 20 workers from the cooperatives. The survey technique was used and questionnaires as instruments. The results showed a significant positive correlation (0.609, p &lt; 0.05) between these variables. In addition, human talent management and job satisfaction were positively related to affective commitment (0.568), continuity (0.546) and normative (0.635). In conclusion, there is a significant and positive correlation between human talent management, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of workers in these cooperatives. This suggests that improving human talent management can increase satisfaction and job commitment.]]></p></abstract>
