Con un enfoque cuantitativo y diseño correlacional no experimental de corte transversal, participaron 74 colaboradores seleccionados mediante un muestreo no probabilístico. Se encontró una correlación positiva moderada entre el liderazgo transformacional y el desarrollo del talento humano (Rho = 0.575, p = 0.00), indicando que este estilo de liderazgo es un factor determinante para promover el crecimiento y fortalecimiento del talento humano en el sector salud peruano. El estudio concluye que la implementación de prácticas de liderazgo transformacional puede potenciar el desarrollo del talento humano en estas instituciones.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The study was conducted with the aim of determining the correlation of transformational leadership, intellectual stimulation, inspirational motivation, and idealized influence with the development of human talent in a health sector institution in Peru. With a quantitative approach and a non-experimental cross-sectional correlational design, 74 collaborators selected through non-probabilistic sampling participated. A moderate positive correlation was found between transformational leadership and the development of human talent (Rho = 0.575, p = 0.00), indicating that this leadership style is a determining factor to promote the growth and strengthening of human talent in the Peruvian health sector. The study concludes that the implementation of transformational leadership practices can enhance the development of human talent in these institutions.]]></p></abstract>

Utilizando uma abordagem quantitativa e um delineamento correlacional transversal não experimental, 74 colaboradores foram selecionados por meio de amostragem não probabilística. Foi encontrada uma correlação positiva moderada entre a liderança transformacional e o desenvolvimento do talento humano (Rho = 0,575, p = 0,00), indicando que esse estilo de liderança é um fator determinante na promoção do crescimento e fortalecimento do talento humano no setor de saúde peruano.
