Sobre la conceptualización de la variable, la cultura organizacional define y determina los principios y valores que orientan las conductas hacia el desempeño empresarial. De la investigación realizada se determinó que la cultura organizacional es importante para el éxito empresarial, al ser la estructura esencial, manifestada en el esfuerzo y colaboración que debe existir en los miembros, que influye en el comportamiento de la empresa y en su capacidad de alcanzar los objetivos deseados.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The purpose of this article was to present a systematic review of scientific research on organizational culture in tourism service companies. For this purpose, the study was conducted by analyzing information from reliable literature, as well as theoretical bases, of the category: Organizational culture, through the review of databases in Web of Science, Scielo, Scopus and EBSCOhost. Regarding the conceptualization of the variable, organizational culture defines and determines the principles and values that guide behaviors towards business performance. From the research carried out, it was determined that organizational culture is important for business success, as it is the essential structure, manifested in the effort and collaboration that must exist in the members, which influences the behavior of the company and its ability to achieve the desired objectives.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO O objetivo deste artigo foi apresentar uma revisão sistemática da investigação científica sobre a cultura organizacional em empresas de serviços turísticos, para a qual o estudo foi realizado analisando informação de literatura fidedigna, bem como bases teóricas, da categoria: Cultura organizacional, através da revisão de bases de dados na Web of Science, Scielo, Scopus e EBSCOhost. Quanto à conceptualização da variável, a cultura organizacional define e determina os princípios e valores que orientam os comportamentos para o desempenho empresarial. Da investigação realizada, verificou-se que a cultura organizacional é importante para o sucesso empresarial, pois é a estrutura essencial, manifestada no esforço e colaboração que deve existir nos membros, que influencia o comportamento da empresa e a sua capacidade de atingir os objetivos desejados .]]></p></abstract>
