El objetivo nos permite entender cómo los valores, normas y prácticas internas influyen en el estilo y efectividad del liderazgo, en un contexto tan estructurado como el de las Instituciones Educativas. El estudio tiene un nivel correlacional, lo que busca aportar conocimientos valiosos para optimizar el liderazgo y promover un ambiente organizacional que fortalezca el estilo de liderazgo, la toma de decisiones y la delegación de responsabilidades. La muestra estuvo conformada por 208 participantes, incluyendo tanto docentes como personal administrativo. Los resultados de correlación de cultura organizacional y el liderazgo directivo fue de (Rho = .773) positiva alta. Se concluye en que los resultados positivos contribuyen a desarrollar estrategias que alineen la cultura organizacional con prácticas de liderazgo efectivas, beneficiando así a toda la institución.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The objective is to determine the influence of organizational culture on managerial leadership in Educational Institutions of an armed institute in Peru. The objective allows us to understand how values, norms and internal practices influence the style and effectiveness of leadership, in a context as structured as that of Educational Institutions. The study has a correlational level, which seeks to provide valuable knowledge to optimize leadership and promote an organizational environment that strengthens the leadership style, decision making and delegation of responsibilities. The sample was made up of 208 participants, including both teachers and administrative staff. The results of the evaluation of organizational culture and managerial leadership were highly positive (Rho = .773). It is concluded that positive results contribute to developing strategies that align the organizational culture with effective leadership practices, thus benefiting the entire institution.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO O objetivo é determinar a influência da cultura organizacional na liderança gerencial em instituições educacionais de um instituto armado no Peru. O objetivo permite compreender como os valores, as normas e as práticas internas influenciam o estilo e a eficácia da liderança, num contexto tão estruturado como o das Instituições de Ensino. O estudo possui um nível correlacional, que busca fornecer conhecimentos valiosos para otimizar a liderança e promover um ambiente organizacional que fortaleça o estilo de liderança, a tomada de decisão e a delegação de responsabilidades. A amostra foi composta por 208 participantes, entre professores e funcionários administrativos. Os resultados da correlação entre cultura organizacional e liderança gerencial foram altamente positivos (Rho = 0,773). Conclui-se que os resultados positivos contribuem para o desenvolvimento de estratégias que alinhem a cultura organizacional com práticas eficazes de liderança, beneficiando assim toda a instituição.]]></p></abstract>
