El proceso de onboarding puede contribuir de manera positiva a la mejora del desempeño del personal de ventas y distribución especialmente en empresas de consumo masivo, debido a que permite una integración eficaz de los nuevos colaboradores a la empresa, además de que pueden lograr que se sientan parte de la empresa, desde el inicio de sus actividades laborales. Para ello, es necesario desarrollar un proceso de Onboarding que se adecue a las características de cada empresa, que haga énfasis en la cultura y filosofía de la empresa, sus políticas, valores, objetivos y metas. En este artículo se revisa las particularidades del proceso de incorporación (Onboarding), en empresas comercializadoras de productos de consumo masivo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The incorporation of new personnel to companies or Onboarding, is a welcome tool, which makes possible the optimal integration of new employees or collaborators to companies. The onboarding process can contribute positively to improving the performance of sales and distribution personnel, especially in mass consumption companies, because it allows an effective integration of new collaborators into the company, in addition to making them feel part of the company, from the beginning of their work activities. For this, it is necessary to develop an Onboarding process that is adapted to the characteristics of each company, which emphasizes the culture and philosophy of the company, its policies, values, objectives and goals. This article reviews the particularities of the incorporation process (Onboarding) in companies that sell consumer products.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO A incorporação de novos colaboradores às empresas ou Onboarding, é uma ferramenta bem-vinda, que possibilita a integração óptima de novos colaboradores ou colaboradores nas empresas. O processo de onboarding pode contribuir positivamente para melhorar o desempenho do pessoal de vendas e distribuição, principalmente em empresas de grande consumo, pois permite uma integração efetiva de novos colaboradores na empresa, além de fazer com que se sintam parte da empresa, desde o início da suas atividades laborais. Para isso, é necessário desenvolver um processo de Onboarding adaptado às características de cada empresa, que enfatize a cultura e filosofia da empresa, suas políticas, valores, objetivos e metas. Este artigo revisa as particularidades do processo de incorporação (Onboarding) em empresas que comercializam produtos de consumo.]]></p></abstract>
