En este sentido, la utilización de microorganismos eficientes nativos son una alternativa biotecnológica para adaptar plantas in vitro. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo evaluar el impacto de bioestimulantes en el crecimiento y calidad de las plántulas de dos variedades de plátano, Barraganete y Hartón. La investigación se realizó en Santa Rita, Manabí, Ecuador, utilizando plántulas propagadas in vitro y trasplantadas en bolsas de polietileno con una mezcla de tierra agrícola, compost y arena de río. Se midieron variables como altura de planta, diámetro del pseudotallo, peso seco de raíces, peso seco total, área foliar e índice de clorofila. Los resultados mostraron que los ácidos húmicos y los aminoácidos incrementaron significativamente la altura de las plantas (hasta un 25%) y el peso seco de raíces (hasta un 30%) en Barraganete.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Optimal growth and quality of seedlings during acclimatization. In this sense, the use of efficient native microorganisms is a biotechnological alternative to adapt plants in vitro. The present work aims to evaluate the mpacto f biostimulants on the growth and quality of seedlings of two banana varieties, Barraganete and Hartón. The research was carried out in Santa Rita, Manabí, Ecuador, using seedlings propagated in vitro and transplanted in polyethylene bags with a mixture of agricultural soil, compost and river sand. Variables such as plant height, pseudostem diameter, root dry weight, total dry weight, leaf area and chlorophyll index were measured. The results showed that humic acids and amino acids significantly increased plant height (up to 25%) and root dry weight (up to 30%) in Barraganete.]]></p></abstract>

Neste sentido, a utilização de microrganismos nativos eficientes é uma alternativa biotecnológica para a adaptação das plantas in vitro. O objetivo deste trabalho é avaliar o impacto dos bioestimulantes no crescimento e na qualidade de plântulas de duas variedades de bananeira, a Barraganete e a Hartón. A investigação foi realizada em Santa Rita, Manabí, Equador, utilizando plântulas propagadas in vitro e transplantadas em sacos de polietileno com uma mistura de solo agrícola, composto e areia de rio. Foram medidas variáveis &#8203;&#8203;como a altura da planta, o diâmetro do pseudocaule, a massa seca da raiz, a massa seca total, a área foliar e o índice de clorofila.
