<self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.bo/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S2664-09022024000100084&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.bo/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S2664-09022024000100084&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.bo/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S2664-09022024000100084&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN En Perú existe un crecimiento en la producción de quinua el cual está destinado para exportación, es por ello que se analiza la dinámica de la producción y exportación de quinua en Perú en el periodo 2012 al 2022, donde se analiza en forma anual la variable producción, mediante el área de producción, el rendimiento, la producción anual; la variable exportación con el valor FOB, el volumen y el precio unitario; así mismo determinar los principales mercados de destino y las principales empresas exportadoras. Se realizó una investigación documental con enfoque cuantitativa, de alcance descriptivo correlacional y con diseño no experimental, de tipo longitudinal. Los datos fueron obtenidos de la Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas y Administración Tributaria (SUNAT), del Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego (MIDAGRI) como entidades del estado peruano y Estadística de las Naciones Unidas para la Agricultura y la Alimentación (FAO STAT) como entidad internacional quienes registran datos para determinar los indicadores de la investigación. Se concluyó que en la producción de quinua existe una dinámica de forma creciente y sostenida con un promedio anual de 14% y que en los últimos años no se mantiene ese crecimiento. La dinámica de las exportaciones mantiene su crecimiento en los 11 años de estudio, pero que los últimos 8 años ha sido de -8% lo cual es alarmante. Las exportaciones como parte de la producción cada año se incrementa en promedio la participación es de 46% casi la mitad de lo que se produce se destina para la exportación. El principal mercado de destino de las exportaciones de quinua es Estados Unidos seguido de Canadá, Países Bajos e Italia y las principales empresas exportadoras son Alisur, y Olam Global Agri Perú.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT In Peru there is a growth in the production of quinoa, which is destined for export, that is why the dynamics of the production and export of quinoa in Peru in the period 2012 to 2022 is analyzed, where the production variable is analyzed on an annual basis, through the production area, yield, annual production; the export variable with FOB value, volume and unit price; as well as determining the main destination markets and the main exporting companies. A documentary research was carried out with a quantitative approach, descriptive correlational scope and non-experimental design, longitudinal type. Data were obtained from the National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration (SUNAT), the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (MIDAGRI) as Peruvian government agencies, and the Food and Agriculture Statistics of the United Nations (FAO STAT) as the international entity that records data to determine the research indicators. It was concluded that the production of quinoa is growing steadily with an annual average of 14% and that in recent years this growth has not been maintained. The dynamics of exports has maintained its growth in the 11 years of the study, but in the last 8 years it has been -8%, which is alarming. Exports as a share of production is increasing every year, with an average share of 46%, almost half of what is produced is destined for export. The main destination market for quinoa exports is the United States, followed by Canada, the Netherlands and Italy, and the main exporting companies are Alisur and Olam Global Agri Peru.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO No Peru, há um crescimento na produção de quinoa, que é destinada à exportação, razão pela qual se analisa a dinâmica da produção e exportação de quinoa no Peru no período de 2012 a 2022, onde a variável de produção é analisada anualmente, por meio da área de produção, rendimento, produção anual; a variável de exportação com o valor FOB, volume e preço unitário; bem como determinar os principais mercados de destino e as principais empresas exportadoras. A pesquisa documental foi realizada com uma abordagem quantitativa, escopo descritivo correlacional e desenho não experimental e longitudinal. Os dados foram obtidos na Superintendência Nacional de Administração Aduaneira e Tributária (SUNAT), no Ministério do Desenvolvimento Agrário e Irrigação (MIDAGRI), como entidades estatais peruanas, e na Food and Agriculture Statistics of the United Nations (FAO STAT), como entidade internacional que registra dados para determinar os indicadores da pesquisa. Concluiu-se que a produção de quinoa está crescendo de forma constante, com uma média anual de 14%, e que esse crescimento não foi mantido nos últimos anos. A dinâmica das exportações manteve seu crescimento nos 11 anos do estudo, mas nos últimos 8 anos foi de -8%, o que é alarmante. As exportações como parcela da produção estão aumentando a cada ano, com uma participação média de 46%, quase metade do que é produzido é destinado à exportação.
