El objetivo de la presente investigación es evaluar las características físico-químicas y microbiológicas del biol de la Estación Experimental de Bioquímica Aplicada de la Facultad de Ciencias Biológicas de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo (E.E.B. A-CC.BB-UNT). Para la obtención de los datos se empleó un conductímetro, pH-metro, el método de espectroscopia de absorción atómica, el método de fósforo reactivo, método de Kjeldahl, método azul de metileno y el método del Número más Probable y se obtuvo los siguientes datos: 16,32 mS cm-1 para la conductividad eléctrica, 6.90 para el pH, 290,0 mgL-1, 17,78 mgL-1, 111,7 mgL-1, 153,2 mgL-1, 0,360 mgL-1, 0,080 mgL-1, 1,530 mgL-1, 0,300 mgL-1, 0,140 mgL-1 y 0,017 mgL-1, para el nitrógeno, fosforo, potasio, magnesio, sulfuros, cobre, fierro, manganeso, zinc, y cadmio respectivamente, para plomo y cromo se obtuvo valores inferiores a 0,005 mgL-1 ; así también se reportó ausencia de coliformes totales y fecales (&lt; 1,8 NMP/100 mL). El biol del presente estudio cuenta con las características físico-químicas y microbiológicas para un óptimo crecimiento de diversos cultivos, así también, de ser empleado como una alternativa de solución frente a los agroquímicos convencionales que impactan de una manera negativa el sector agrícola y el medio ambiente.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Biol is an organic fertilizer of liquid consistency that is produced in a biodigester from the fermentation of animal manure and plant residues, this product is currently used as a foliar fertilizer, which promotes the development and healthy growth of various crops. The objective of this research is to evaluate the physicochemical and microbiological characteristics of the biol from the Experimental Station of Applied Biochemistry of the Faculty of Biological Sciences of the National University of Trujillo (E.E.B. A-CC.BB-UNT). To obtain the data, a conductivity meter, pH meter, atomic absorption spectroscopy method, reactive phosphorus method, Kjeldahl method, methylene blue method and the Most Probable Number method were used and the following data were obtained: 16.32 mS cm-1 for electrical conductivity, 6. 90 for pH, 290.0 mgL-1, 17.78 mgL-1, 111.7 mgL-1, 153.2 mgL-1, 0.360 mgL-1, 0.080 mgL-1, 1.530 mgL-1, 0.300 mgL-1, 0.140 mgL-1 and 0.017 mgL-1, for nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, sulfides, copper, iron, manganese, zinc, and cadmium, respectively; for lead and chromium, values lower than 0.005 mgL-1 were obtained; The absence of total and fecal coliforms (&lt; 1.8 NMP/100 mL) was also reported. The biool of the present study has the physicochemical and microbiological characteristics for optimal growth of various crops, as well as to be used as an alternative solution to conventional agrochemicals that have a negative impact on the agricultural sector and the environment.]]></p></abstract>

Esse produto é usado atualmente como fertilizante foliar, que promove o desenvolvimento e o crescimento saudável de várias culturas. O objetivo desta pesquisa é avaliar as características físico-químicas e microbiológicas do biol da Estação Experimental de Bioquímica Aplicada da Faculdade de Ciências Biológicas da Universidade Nacional de Trujillo (E.E.B.
