El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar el impacto de las habilidades sociales en la mejora del aprendizaje colaborativo en educación. Se realizó una revisión sistemática de estudios publicados entre 2013 y 2022, utilizando las bases de datos Scopus, Ebsco, ProQuest y WOS. Se registraron aspectos como título, autores/año, país, revista, base de datos, idioma, enfoque y resultados relevantes. Los estudios fueron seleccionados mediante criterios de inclusión y exclusión, y se identificaron los que más contribuyeron al objetivo del estudio. Los resultados mostraron que las habilidades sociales favorecen el pensamiento crítico y el aprendizaje colaborativo, aunque pueden generar conflictos internos. Estos deben ser abordados para mejorar el proceso de aprendizaje.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Social skills are fundamental for student learning, since they favor the exchange of ideas and the construction of knowledge, improving this process in a collaborative learning environment. The aim of this study was to analyze the impact of soft skills in improving collaborative learning in education. A systematic review of studies published between 2013 and 2022 was conducted, using the Scopus, Ebsco, ProQuest and WOS databases. Aspects such as title, authors/year, country, journal, database, language, focus and relevant results were recorded. Studies were selected using inclusion and exclusion criteria, and those that contributed most to the study objective were identified. The results showed that soft skills favor critical thinking and collaborative learning, although they can generate internal conflicts. These should be addressed to improve the learning process.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO As habilidades sociais são fundamentais para a aprendizagem dos alunos, pois favorecem a troca de ideias e a construção do conhecimento, aprimorando esse processo em um ambiente de aprendizagem colaborativa. O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar o impacto das soft skills na melhoria da aprendizagem colaborativa na educação. Foi realizada uma revisão sistemática de estudos publicados entre 2013 e 2022 usando os bancos de dados Scopus, Ebsco, ProQuest e WOS. Aspectos como título, autores/ano, país, periódico, banco de dados, idioma, foco e resultados relevantes foram registrados. Os estudos foram selecionados com base em critérios de inclusão e exclusão, e foram identificados aqueles que mais contribuíram para o objetivo do estudo. Os resultados mostraram que as habilidades interpessoais favorecem o pensamento crítico e a aprendizagem colaborativa, embora possam gerar conflitos internos. Esses conflitos precisam ser resolvidos para melhorar o processo de aprendizagem.]]></p></abstract>
