El objetivo de esta investigación fue identificar los aportes sobre Inteligencia emocional en la educación a distancia. La metodología consistió en una revisión sistemática de la literatura académica, además de que se consultó a los gestores de información Scopus, WOS y Scielo. Primero se realizó la búsqueda con los descriptores inteligencia emocional; educación a distancia y pandemia; utilizando los operadores boléanos. Se concluyó que, la inteligencia emocional contribuyó a apaciguar el agotamiento de llevar clases remotas, así como fortaleció las aptitudes resilientes en situaciones que se requerían de ellas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The pandemic due to COVID-19 generated an abrupt change in education, given the change from face-to-face to virtual or distance education; it was a challenging situation for both students and teachers. The objective of this research was to identify the contributions of emotional intelligence in distance education. The methodology consisted of a systematic review of the academic literature, and the information managers Scopus, WOS and Scielo were consulted. First, the search was carried out with the descriptors emotional intelligence; distance education and pandemic; using the Boléan operators. It was concluded that, emotional intelligence contributed to appease the exhaustion of conducting remote classes, as well as strengthened resilient skills in situations that required them.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO A pandemia da COVID-19 provocou uma mudança abrupta na educação, de presencial para virtual ou a distância; foi uma situação desafiadora tanto para alunos quanto para professores. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi identificar as contribuições da inteligência emocional na educação a distância. A metodologia consistiu em uma revisão sistemática da literatura acadêmica, e os gerenciadores de informações Scopus, WOS e Scielo foram consultados. Primeiramente, foi realizada uma busca com os descritores inteligência emocional; educação a distância e pandemia; utilizando os operadores boléanos. Concluiu-se que a inteligência emocional contribuiu para amenizar a exaustão de ministrar aulas remotas, bem como fortaleceu as habilidades resilientes em situações que as exigiam.]]></p></abstract>
