El objetivo analizar el síndrome de Burnout en profesionales educativos, midiendo la prevalencia de agotamiento emocional y baja realización personal en los docentes identificando las estrategias aplicadas para contrarrestar esta situación. La metodología aplicada fue la revisión sistemática de la literatura de fuentes entre el año 2020 al 2022, enfocados en el desarrollo educativo. De acuerdo a la selección se revisó 228 artículos de la base de datos de ProQuest y Exlibris. Para el análisis se ha utilizado el aporte de 13 publicaciones precisando las estrategias de los autores en relación al tema. Como conclusión se tiene que el síndrome de Burnout dificulta el desarrollo de las actividades académicas debido a que los docentes no están en un estado emocional adecuado.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Burnout syndrome involves emotional and physical exhaustion; it is related to stress in work activities. The objective was to analyze the Burnout syndrome in educational professionals, measuring the prevalence of emotional exhaustion and low personal fulfillment in teachers, identifying the strategies applied to counteract this situation. The methodology applied was the systematic review of literature from sources between 2020 and 2022, focused on educational development. According to the selection, 228 articles were reviewed from the ProQuest and Exlibris databases. For the analysis, the contribution of 13 publications was used, specifying the authors' strategies in relation to the topic. The conclusion is that Burnout syndrome hinders the development of academic activities due to the fact that teachers are not in an adequate emotional state.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO A síndrome de burnout envolve exaustão emocional e física e está relacionada ao estresse nas atividades de trabalho. O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar a síndrome de burnout em profissionais da educação, medindo a prevalência de exaustão emocional e baixa realização pessoal em professores e identificando as estratégias aplicadas para combater essa situação. A metodologia aplicada foi a revisão sistemática da literatura de fontes entre 2020 e 2022, com foco no desenvolvimento educacional. De acordo com a seleção, 228 artigos foram revisados nos bancos de dados ProQuest e Exlibris. Para a análise, foi utilizada a contribuição de 13 publicações, especificando as estratégias dos autores em relação ao tema. Conclui-se que a síndrome de Burnout dificulta o desenvolvimento das atividades acadêmicas pelo fato de os professores não estarem em um estado emocional adequado.]]></p></abstract>
