Para describir el estado de las habilidades resiliente de los niños de primera infancia y sus profesoras se hace una investigación de tipo cualitativo con diseño descriptivo, aplicando entrevistas semiestructuradas a través de las cuales se describen cuáles fueron las diferentes situaciones que vivieron los estudiantes a nivel emocional, económico, académico y social durante el confinamiento generado por una pandemia (COVID-19) así como lo experimentado en el retorno a la presencialidad. Los resultados dan cuenta de una gran capacidad de los niños para reconocer las situaciones vividas, adaptarse a ellas y disfrutar el regreso a la escuela. Los padres expresaron mayor temor al regreso mientras las profesoras quienes vivieron situaciones personales difíciles, realizaron prácticas pedagógicas innovadoras y aplicaron resiliencia comunitaria modelando habilidades en los niños que estaban a su cargo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This article presents the results of the first phase of a study conducted at the Gonzalo Arango School (I.E:D) in the city of Bogota, Colombia. The sample consisted of 60 kindergarten children, 60 parents and eight participating teachers. In order to describe the state of resilient skills of early childhood children and their teachers, a qualitative research with descriptive design was carried out, applying semi-structured interviews through which the different situations experienced by the students at the emotional, economic, academic and social levels during the confinement generated by a pandemic (COVID-19) as well as what was experienced in the return to presentiality were described. The results show a great capacity of the children to recognize the situations experienced, to adapt to them and to enjoy the return to school. The parents expressed greater fear of returning to school while the teachers, who experienced difficult personal situations, carried out innovative pedagogical practices and applied community resilience by modeling skills in the children in their care.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO Este artigo apresenta os resultados da primeira fase de um estudo realizado na Escola Gonzalo Arango (I.E:D) na cidade de Bogotá na Colômbia. A amostra consistiu de 60 crianças do jardim de infância, 60 pais e oito professores participantes. A fim de descrever o estado das habilidades de resiliência das crianças de primeira infância e seus professores, foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa com desenho descritivo, aplicando entrevistas semi-estruturadas através das quais foram descritas as diferentes situações vividas pelos alunos em nível emocional, econômico, acadêmico e social durante o confinamento gerado por uma pandemia (COVID-19), bem como o que foi vivido durante o retorno à sala de aula. Os resultados mostram uma grande capacidade das crianças para reconhecer as situações vividas, adaptar-se a elas e aproveitar o retorno à escola. Os pais expressaram maior medo de voltar à escola enquanto os professores, que viviam situações pessoais difíceis, realizavam práticas pedagógicas inovadoras e aplicavam a resiliência comunitária, modelando as habilidades das crianças aos seus cuidados.]]></p></abstract>
