El estudio tiene como objetivo caracterizar las perspectivas de los directivos de instituciones educativas sobre las competencias digitales, en una muestra de directores (n=46), y las percepciones que estas tienen en su quehacer educativo. El estudio es de carácter cuantitativo a nivel descriptivo, se ha empleado la encuesta basada en 26 preguntas. Se resalta que la percepción es favorable hacia las competencias digitales. Los directivos que lideran escuelas rurales y urbanas han desarrollado una gestión eficiente. En tal sentido, se puede afirmar que la percepción al desarrollo de las competencias digitales, en el contexto de la pandemia, es una fortaleza que garantiza la calidad del servicio educativo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The digital competence of the manager is a construct of great demand in the contexts of a pandemic and the digitization of education in general. The study aims to characterize the perspectives of managers of educational institutions on digital competencies, in a sample of principals (n=46), and the perceptions they have in their educational work. The study is quantitative at a descriptive level, using a survey based on 26 questions. It is highlighted that the perception is favorable towards digital competencies. Executives leading rural and urban schools have developed an efficient management. In this sense, it can be affirmed that the perception of the development of digital competencies, in the context of the pandemic, is a strength that guarantees the quality of the educational service.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO A competência digital dos diretores é uma construção em alta demanda nos contextos de uma pandemia e da digitalização da educação em geral. O estudo visa caracterizar as perspectivas dos gestores de instituições educacionais sobre competências digitais, em uma amostra de diretores (n=46), e as percepções que eles têm em seu trabalho educacional. O estudo é quantitativo a um nível descritivo, utilizando uma pesquisa baseada em 26 perguntas. Observa-se que a percepção é favorável às competências digitais. Os gerentes das escolas rurais e urbanas líderes desenvolveram uma gestão eficiente. Neste sentido, pode-se afirmar que a percepção do desenvolvimento das competências digitais, no contexto da pandemia, é uma força que garante a qualidade do serviço educativo.]]></p></abstract>
