El objetivo fue determinar el efecto que tiene la aplicación del programa &#8220;Sapere Aude&#8221; en la ansiedad en los estudiantes de Filosofía del primer ciclo de una universidad de Lima. La investigación es cuantitativa de diseño cuasi experimental, al cual se aplicó el Test de ansiedad de Zung. La muestra estuvo conformada: grupo A 12 estudiantes y el grupo B control conformado por 14 estudiantes universitarias. Se obtuvo promedios diferenciados por 1,78 en su comparación; así también las diferencias en el estadístico t- Student no fueron significativas (t (24) = ,457; p &gt;.005); con valores superiores al 60 %. La aplicación del programa &#8220;Sapere Aude&#8221; tuvo un efecto positivo y significativo en el manejo de la ansiedad. Esto permitió tener una mirada interdisciplinaria desde la Filosofía, Teología y Psicología.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Two years after the COVID-19 pandemic, society was affected in socio-emotional health, especially in university students. The objective was to determine the effect of the application of the "Sapere Aude" program on anxiety in first cycle philosophy students of a university in Lima. The research is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design, to which the Zung Anxiety Test was applied. The sample consisted of 12 students in group A and 14 university students in group B control. Averages differed by 1.78 in their comparison; also the differences in the t-Student statistic were not significant (t (24) = ,457; p &gt; .005); with values higher than 60%. The application of the "Sapere Aude" program had a positive and significant effect on anxiety management. This allowed us to have an interdisciplinary view from Philosophy, Theology and Psychology]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO Dois anos após a pandemia da COVID-19, a saúde sócio-emocional da sociedade foi afectada, especialmente entre os estudantes universitários. O objectivo era determinar o efeito da aplicação do programa "Sapere Aude" na ansiedade dos estudantes de filosofia do primeiro ciclo numa universidade de Lima. A investigação é quantitativa com um desenho quase experimental, ao qual foi aplicado o teste de ansiedade Zung. A amostra consistia em: grupo A, 12 estudantes, e grupo B, um grupo de controlo de 14 estudantes universitários. As médias diferiram em 1,78 na sua comparação; também as diferenças na estatística t-Student não foram significativas (t (24) = ,457; p &gt; .005); com valores superiores a 60 %. A aplicação do programa "Sapere Aude" teve um efeito positivo e significativo na gestão da ansiedade.
