Esta investigación propone explorar el nivel de aceptación y los principales factores que influyen a los usuarios de Bolivia. Este trabajo utiliza y modifica la Teoría Unificada de Aceptación y Uso de Tecnología (UTAUT2). El propósito de utilizar esta teoría es poder tener un marco de trabajo, y llevar a cabo una investigación empírica. Los hallazgos encontrados son utilizados para poder enfocar los niveles de mejora para la post aceptación.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract For a Digital Platform to be successful, it is essential that it have a high level of acceptance. This research proposes to explore the level of acceptance and the main factors that influence users in Bolivia. This work uses and modifies the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2). The purpose of using this theory is to have a framework and carry out empirical research. The findings are used to focus on the levels of improvement for post-acceptance.]]></p></abstract>
