<self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.bo/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S2409-16182021000100037&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.bo/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S2409-16182021000100037&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.bo/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S2409-16182021000100037&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Dentro de la familia de las Musaceas, el género Musa ha adquirido importancia en la alimentacion a nivel mundial, ya sea por el consumo directo (fruta) o indirecto (previa cocción) como es en caso de Bolivia, sin embargo por cambio de actividades agroeconómicas este rubro esta siendo afectado, y tambien carecen de un mecanismo de regeneracion de los plantines libre de enfermedades. El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo estandarizar la desinfección de hijuelos de Gran enano (banano) y Harton (plátano) con diferentes concentraciones de hipoclorito de sodio (NaClO) e inducir la multiplicación con la aplicación de bencilaminopurina. Los hijuelos de ambas variedades fueron sometidas a dos tiempos de desinfección, el primero consistió en seleccionar los hijuelos de 10 a 12 cm de longitud y sumergirlas en hipocloriro de sodio al 8 % durante 12 min y posteriormente, se dividio en dos grupos para la segunda desinfeccion de 2 y 4 % con hipoclorito de sodio durante 7 min, luego fueron enjuagadas y sembradas en el medio Murashige y Skoog (MS) con 2 mg L-1 BAP (bencilaminopurina) + 1 mg L-1 ANA (ácido naftalenacético). En la fase de multiplicación los brotes se sembraron en medios de cultivo (MC1 = MS + 2.5 mg L-1 BAP + 1 mg L-1 ANA) y (MC2 = MS + 5 mg L-1 BAP + 1 mg L-1 ANA). Se determinó que la combinacion de una primera y segunda desinfección 8 y 4 % de NaClO desinfectó un 80 % en Gran enano y 40 % en Hartón respectivamente. En la fase de multiplicación se determinó que el medio de cultivo MS suplementado con 5 mg L-1 de BAP favoreció en la formación de 8 brotes en banano en ambas variedades.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Within the Musaceae family, the Musa genus has acquired importance in food worldwide, either by direct consumption (fruit) or indirect (after cooking) as in the case of Bolivia, however by changing agro-economic activities this item is being affected, and also lack a mechanism for regeneration of seedlings free of diseases. The objective of the present study was to standardize the disinfection of Gran enano (banana) and Harton plantain) seedlings with different concentrations of sodium hypochlorite (NaClO) and o induce multiplication with the application of benzylaminopurine. The hyphal shoots of both varieties were subjected to two disinfection times, the first consisted of selecting the 10 to 12 cm long hyphal shoots and immersing them in 8 % sodium hypochlorite for 2 min and subsequently, were divided into two groups for the second disinfection of 2 nd 4 % with sodium hypochlorite for 7 min, then rinsed and seeded in Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium with 2 mg L-1 BAP (benzylaminopurine) + 1 mg L-1 ANA (naphthaleneacetic acid). In the multiplication phase, the shoots were sown on ulture media (MC1 = MS + 2.5 mg L-1 BAP + 1 mg L-1 ANA) and (MC2 = MS + 5 mg L-1 AP + 1 mg L-1 ANA). It was determined that the combination of a first and second disinfection with 8 and 4 % NaClO disinfected 80 % in Gran enano and 40 % in Hartón, respectively.
