Se utilizó la metodología PRISMA para obtener un conjunto final de artículos (n = 43) de la base de datos Scopus en un periodo de 4 años del 2020 al 2024. El conjunto final de artículos se clasifica en una taxonomía que comprende cinco grupos: (1) finanzas (n = 8), (2) producción (n = 9), (3) servicio al cliente (n = 9), (4) tecnología e innovación empresarial (n = 8) y (5) recursos humanos (n = 9). También se presenta un análisis bibliográfico sobre la base de la producción científica anual, de 108 artículos encontrados en un periodo de 5 años desde el 2018 a 2023, de bases de datos como Scopus, Science direct y google academic. Se concluye afirmando que, el uso de la inteligencia artificial (IA) en los negocios tiene un impacto significativo en diversas áreas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This systematic review research with bibliographic analysis, aimed to analyze the use of artificial intelligence in business. The PRISMA methodology was used to obtain a final set of (n = 43) articles from the Scopus database over a 4-year period from 2020 to 2024.
