<self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.bo/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1605-25281995000200001&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.bo/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1605-25281995000200001&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.bo/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1605-25281995000200001&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen En el bosque submontano húmedo de la Serranía Marimonos, Alto Beni, en los Yungas de Bolivia, a una altura entre 600 y 750 m, se realizaron tres inventarios de los árboles en parcelas de una hectárea, considerando los árboles con diámetro a la altura del pecho del tronco (DAP) igual o mayor a 10 cm. En base a mediciones del DAP, número de árboles por especie y su frecuencia, se calcularon los Valores de Importancia de las especies (VI) y familias (VIF). Según estimaciones de la altura de los árboles se da una descripción de la estructura del bosque. Se encontró un total de 1590 árboles, perteneciendo a 209 especies, entre ellas algunas todavía incompletamente determinadas. Las tres parcelas comparten 42 especies en común. Las especies con VI medios más altos son Iriartea deltoidea, Poulsenia armata, Pseudolmedia laevis, Otoba parvifolia y Leonia racemosa. De las 53 familias a las que pertenecen las especies, están como más importantes las Moraceae, seguidas con bastante distancia por Palmae, Leguminosae s.l., Sapotaceae, Lauraceae, Meliaceae y Euphorbiaceae. Estas siete familias representan el 52% del total de los Valores de Importancia de las familias (VIF). La distribución de las alturas de los árboles muestra un intervalo amplio entre 8 y 20 m de altura para la mayoría de los árboles y un número mucho menor de árboles del dosel discontinuo con alturas de 30 a 40 m.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract An inventory of the trees with dbh (diameter at breast hight) of 10 cm or more were conducted in three 1 -ha-plots of moist submontane forest (Serranía Marimonos, Alto Beni), in the Yungas of Bolivia, at an altitude between 600 and 750 m. Based on the dbh, number of individuals per species, and frequency, the importance value of species (VI) and of families (VIF) were calculated. Based on estimates of the height, a description of the structure of the forest is given. A total of 1590 trees representing 209 species, some of them not yet completely identified, were recorded. Three plots share 42 species in common. The species with highest mean VI are Iriartea deltoidea, Poulsenia armata, Pseudolmedia laevis, Otoba parvifolia and Leonia racemosa. The most important of the 53 families to which the species belong are Moraceae by a wide margin, followed by Leguminosae s.l., Sapotaceae, Lauraceae, Meliaceae, and Euphorbiaceae. These seven families represent 52% of VIF.The distribution of heights shows the major part of the trees with 8 to 20 m and a much smaller number of trees forming an discontinue canopy with heights of 30-40 m.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="de"><p><![CDATA[Zusammenfassung Im submontanen Feuchtwald der Serranía de Marimonos, Alto Beni, in den Yungas Boliviens zwischen 600 und 750 m, wurde in drei Parzellen von je einem Hektar eine Bestandsaufnahme der Bäume, mit Stammdurchmessem auf Brusthöhe (DAP) grö&#946;er oder gleich 10 cm, durchgeführt. Aus den erfa&#946;ten Daten des DAP, der Anzahl der Bäume jeder Art und des Auftretens der Arten in den Untereinheiten der Parzellen (Frequenz) wurden Werte der Bedeutung der Arten (VI) und der Familien (VIF) berechnet. Mitgeschätzten Baumhöhen wird die Struktur des Waldes beschrieben. Die insgesamt erfa&#946;ten 1590 Bäume gehören zu 209, zum Teil noch nicht vollständig bestimmten, Arten, von denen 42 in alien drei Parzellen vorkommen. Die Arten mit den höchsten Werten des VI im Mittel der drei Parzellen sind Iriartea deltoidea, Poulsenia armata, Pseudolmedia laevis, Otoba parvifolia und Leonia racemosa. Die wichtigsten der 53 Familien zu denen die Arten gehören, sind, mit Abstand an erster Stelle die Moraceae, gefolgt von Palmae, Leguminosae s.l., Sapotaceae, Lauraceae, Meliaceae und Euphorbiaceae. Diese sieben Familien machen zusammen 52% des Gesammtwertes des VIF aus. Die Verteilung der Baumhöhen zeigt ein weites Intervall zwischen 8 und 20 m für den grö&#946;ten Teil der Bäume; eine wesentlich geringere Zahl bildet die unterbrochene obere Krönenschicht mit Höhen von 30 bis maximal 40 m.]]></p></abstract>
