La digitalización del mundo actual es inminente, y se vio aumentado por la pandemia COVID-19. Es por ello, que el análisis del uso controlado de los dispositivos tecnológicos y sus beneficios en el área física y motriz es de gran aporte para desarrollar de estrategias para fomentar su inclusión en los establecimientos educacionales.  Objetivo: analizar los efectos que tienen los programas de actividad física basados en juegos dentro de establecimientos educacionales, en la disminución de la conducta sedentaria al inducida por el uso controlado de pantallas en escolares. Revisión realizada durante el año 2024.  Métodos: se realizó una revisión narrativa de acuerdo con las normas establecidas por la declaración PRISMA, utilizando las bases de datos de Scopus, Proquest, EBSCOhost y Pubmed.  Resultados: Existe limitada evidencia actual en la población escolar, además de una brecha en la evaluación determinar con el sexo y la ruralidad. Los estudios no muestran una amplia evaluación de las condiciones físicas, pero si dan cuenta de los niveles de actividad. En relación a los objetivos, y conclusiones, existe en el 80% de los estudios, un aumento de la condición física con el apoyo de las pantallas en el aula, sin necesidad además de capacitación del docente.  Conclusiones:  El uso de las tecnologías inmersas en la población infantojuvenil y su uso controlado para aumentar la actividad física debe ser materia de análisis por parte de las autoridades, mitigando los problemas futuros del sedentarismo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Frequent exposure to screens can lead to significant physical and psychosocial health problems. The digitalization of today's world is imminent, and was increased by the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the analysis of the controlled use of technological devices and their benefits in the physical and motor area is of great contribution to develop strategies to promote their inclusion in educational establishments.  Objective:  to analyze the effects of game-based physical activity programs in educational establishments on the reduction of sedentary behavior induced by the controlled use of screens in schoolchildren.  Methods:  a narrative review was carried out according to the standards established by the PRISMA declaration, using the Scopus, Proquest, EBSCOhost and Pubmed databases.  Results: there is limited current evidence in the school population, in addition to an assessment gap determined by gender and rurality. The studies do not show a broad assessment of physical conditions, but they do account for activity levels. In relation to the objectives and conclusions, in 80% of the studies, there is an increase in physical condition with the support of screens in the classroom, without the need for teacher training.  Conclusions:  the use of technologies immersed in the infant juvenile population and their controlled use to increase physical activity should be a matter of analysis by the authorities, mitigating the future problems of sedentary lifestyles.]]></p></abstract>
