Entrepreneurial competencies constitute strategic elements for employability in technical education, where their curricular integration represents a pedagogical challenge requiring innovative methodological approaches and robust scientific evidence. This study conducted a systematic review following PRISMA guidelines, with searches in five specialized databases during March 2025, including empirical studies 2018-2025 in Spanish, English, and Portuguese on entrepreneurial competencies in technical education. From 1,247 identified records, 34 studies met inclusion criteria. Four main categories were identified: cognitive-technical (83.3%), interpersonal-social (76.5%), innovation-creativity (88.2%), and emotional-attitudinal (70.6%). The most effective strategies include project-based learning (n=28), active methodologies (n=24), and business simulation (n=19). Evidence supports multidisciplinary pedagogical approaches integrating active methodologies, competency-based assessment, and sectoral linkage, confirming that specialized teacher training constitutes a critical factor for successful implementation. Findings confirm the need for comprehensive curricular transformation, although institutional and teacher training limitations persist in current educational contexts.
