CHAVEZ PLASENCIA, Rony Alex; MIRAVAL MARQUEZ, Jakelin Solina y RIVERA MUNOZ, Jorge Leoncio. Corporate Social Responsibility in Peru 2023-2025: Ethics and Collective Action. Impulso [online]. 2025, vol.5, n.11, pp.347-360. Epub 02-Jul-2025. ISSN 2959-9040. https://doi.org/10.59659/impulso.v.5i11.148.
In a context marked by ecological crisis, digital transformation, and rising inequality, corporate social responsibility (CSR) has become a structural element in organizational management. This systematic review analyzes how CSR has developed in Peru between 2023 and 2025, focusing on its underlying ethical frameworks, collective action mechanisms, and structural tensions. Methodologically, a qualitative, interpretative, and documentary approach was adopted, guided by PRISMA 2020 standards, using the Scopus database and applying theoretical, temporal, and thematic eligibility criteria. The final sample consisted of 15 studies analyzed through structured thematic coding in three dimensions: ethics, collective action, and sustainability. The findings reveal an expansion of ethical discourse in strategic sectors such as mining, agribusiness, education, and health, although with weak practical institutionalization, where greenwashing and symbolic ethics prevail. Nevertheless, valuable experiences of collective action were identified, particularly in rural communities, university networks, and informal cooperatives. The review concludes that CSR in Peru is undergoing a critical transition, from norms to practice, from individual leadership to collective commitment, highlighting the urgency of moving toward a transformative organizational ethic that integrates social justice, ecological sustainability, and multisectoral co-responsibility.
