Neuroleadership, a discipline that combines advances in neuroscience with leadership principles, seeks to understand how the brain functions. The objective of this study is to explain the influence of Neuroleadership on the Competitive Intelligence of undergraduate business students from two public universities in the Apurímac region. The study is guided by a quantitative approach and non-experimental design. It used a validated questionnaire administered to 386 students. The results show that neuroleadership significantly influences competitive intelligence (R² Nagelkerke = 0.466, p < 0.05), highlighting the importance of emotional intelligence and decision-making. Its integration into university education is recommended. It is concluded that neuroleadership exerts a significant and positive influence on the competitive intelligence of students from the public universities studied.
