Transformational leadership has emerged as a key factor in improving teacher performance and organizational culture in educational institutions. This study aims to analyze how this leadership style impacts teacher motivation, professional development, and job satisfaction. To achieve this objective, a systematic review was conducted following the PRISMA protocol, including articles published between 2020 and 2024 in international databases. The inclusion criteria considered empirical studies in Spanish or English, focused on education and leadership. Non-peer-reviewed works and those outside the scope were excluded. From an initial pool of 640 articles, 13 relevant studies were selected. Results show that transformational leadership fosters more dynamic educational environments, enhances teacher collaboration, and increases institutional engagement. It is concluded that its implementation significantly contributes to strengthening teacher performance and continuous improvement in educational quality.
