E-government improves public management by synthesizing administrative processes. For this purpose, we analyzed how e-government contributes to reduce corruption in government. Performing a detailed analysis according to the PRISMA method approach, examining 26 articles published between 2020 and 2025. The results reveal an inclination to activate e-government admitting an anti-corruption measure. Promoting increased transparency and efficiency within digital platforms. Being important that citizens get used to these new processes, which will contribute to a more effective communication with the government, strengthening transparency. Thus, it is concluded that e-government helps to fight corruption at different levels of government. On the other hand, it is essential to provide training to reduce the lack of technological knowledge among citizens. It is essential to focus efforts on concerting digital tools with an e-government model that is more transparent and accessible.
