Currently, technological development contributes to improving life, despite this, it is necessary to venture into the application of Artificial Intelligence in companies gradually and evaluate each step taken, so that its adaptation is optimal and appropriate. according to business needs. Therefore, the objective of this study was to analyze the opportunities and challenges of AI in companies, through a systematic review. 88 articles published between 2019 and 2024 were analyzed, using databases: Dialnet, Scielo and Redalyc. The methodology used was PRISMA with a qualitative approach, keywords such as “Artificial Intelligence”, “Companies”, “Opportunities” and “Challenges” were used. The results emphasize that Artificial Intelligence in business administration brings benefits, making the work organizational structure more efficient, so that time and resources can be saved, and offer better services to customers.
