Public schools require adequate management of curricular innovation in the face of reflective practice for the efficient management of educational institutions. The purpose was to establish the impact of curricular innovation management on reflective practice for the efficient management of educational institutions. The methodology considered was a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental, transectional design and a hypothetical-deductive method. The survey was considered as a technique and questionnaires were used as instruments. As validity, content validity was carried out and with Cronbach's Alpha reliability, the result of the curricular management and innovation instrument was 0.964 and the result of the reliability of the reflective practice variable presented a value of 0.928 points; therefore it is interpreted as high reliability. Concluding that the management of curricular innovation affects reflective practice for the efficient management of educational institutions, because Nagelkerke's Pseudo R2 = 0.937, indicating that the management of curricular innovation explains 93.7% of reflective practice. Likewise, the management of learning improvement (Wald = 12.687 and p < 0.05) predicts better in reflective practice for the efficient management of educational institutions.
