The main objective of the research was to analyze the influence of social responsibility on the business skills of management students. Regarding the methodology, a basic type study was carried out, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional and causal correlational design. The study population was made up of a total of 182 students, from which a sample of 123 administration students from a public university in Metropolitan Lima was selected. For data collection, the survey technique was used and a questionnaire was used as an instrument. Reliability was determined using Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, obtaining a result of 0.973 for the social responsibility variable and 0.925 for the business competencies variable, which was interpreted as high reliability of the variables. The results of the study indicated that social responsibility has a significant influence on the business skills of management students, revealing that social responsibility has a 77.8% impact on the development of these skills in this student group.
