In a globalized, competitive and constantly changing environment, companies must adopt innovative tools, with Artificial Intelligence being the most important. This research aimed to analyze the benefits of implementing Artificial Intelligence in business administration. Through a systematic review based on the PRISMA method, 21 articles published since 2020 were identified. In the works analyzed, significant improvements in operational efficiency and productivity are evident, highlighting the automation of repetitive tasks and the optimization of decision-making in areas such as data analysis, improving customer experience and predicting demand. It is concluded that Artificial Intelligence can be adopted in various contexts and sectors, with great benefits. However, it is crucial to implement strategies that address the associated challenges, and to take an ethical and responsible approach to maximize its positive impact and mitigate potential risks.
