An efficient management of business processes benefits all its collaborators, allowing for an effective workflow, prompt communication among them, and a greater capacity to evaluate performance. This work focuses on determining the relationship between process management and the labor productivity of administrative workers at the Provincial Municipality of Huancavelica, Peru. Due to its particularities, the research corresponds to a non-experimental design, cross-sectional, descriptive-correlational. To explain the study problem, bibliographic and field research was conducted, utilizing theoretical, empirical, and statistical methods. The analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics; the Spearman correlation calculation was 0.480 with a 95% confidence level. The proposed result highlights the ongoing update of the investigated issue, with effective process management in the municipality.
