ESTRADA IZQUIERDO, Yaritza Jazmin. Digital transformation of customs processes and labor productivity at Train Perú SAC during the pandemic. Impulso [online]. 2024, vol.4, n.8, pp.82-97. Epub 20-Out-2024. ISSN 2959-9040. https://doi.org/10.59659/impulso.v.4i8.50.
Digital transformation is crucial in the evolution of the customs sector, acting as a driver of change beyond technology. This research aimed to determine the relationship between digital transformation and its dimensions in the labor productivity of employees of the TRAIN PERU Customs Agency during the pandemic. A non-experimental, descriptive correlational design was used, with a sample of 52 employees to whom two questionnaires were applied. The results show that digital transformation in the organization was perceived positively, optimizing operational efficiency. Each digital improvement is associated with an increase of 0.70 in labor productivity, digital channels are the most influential dimension, with a score of 0.652. Sensitive areas to improve in regulations and digital automation are detected, so the implementation of training programs is recommended to maximize the potential of these tools and facilitate adaptation to new technologies in a complex commercial environment.
