University outreach projects enable educational institutions to establish direct collaborations with society and their environment. This study evaluated the impact of an outreach project in Cotopaxi, Ecuador, focused on strengthening entrepreneurial skills in local social organizations. A descriptive methodology was used, including a satisfaction survey structured on a Likert scale. The project was developed in two phases: the first between October 2022 and March 2023, benefiting 24 men and 46 women; the second from May to September 2023, benefiting 59 men and 66 women. Overall results indicate a very positive impact, with 81% of indicators evaluated as "excellent", 10% as "very good", 6% as "good", and 3% as "fair". These results underscore the success of the project in meeting its training and educational objectives, in addition to generating a sustainable and positive impact on the community.
