Human resource development is a crucial aspect of any organization, involving the management and development of employees to ensure they have the skills and motivation to contribute to the company's success. The objective of the article is to determine how the development of human resources and the performance indicators of the staff of the National University of Huancavelica, year 2022, are related. The methodology is applied, correlational research; The population is the total teaching and administrative staff of the National University of Huancavelica, non-probabilistic and intentional sampling. The data collection technique was a survey and the instrument was a questionnaire. The results indicate the presence of an association between the two variables of the human resources development subsystem and performance indicators of the staff of the National University of Huancavelica, Year 2022. It is concluded that the correlation coefficient found is rho=0.546** which has an associated probability p.=0.000<0.05, so said correlation is directly proportional.
