The main objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between technology and business management during the year 2024. This research is framed in a descriptive quantitative approach, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. For data collection, a questionnaire was used as an instrument, which facilitated the evaluation of the relationship between the variables of interest. The results revealed a significant correlation between technology and business management, with a Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient of 0.389, considered a positive correlation of medium magnitude. These findings suggest that technology has substantially impacted the way organizations are managed, improving efficiency, productivity and competitiveness. It is concluded that the continued adoption of advanced technologies will continue to be essential in today's business environment to stay updated with market demands and to optimize business operations.
