This article analyzes the Remuneration Schedule in a cargo company in Peru during 2022, with the aim of improving the company and guaranteeing the punctuality and accuracy of salaries. A descriptive, non-experimental and quantitative study was carried out, with the participation of 15 accounting, treasury and HR collaborators. A census sample and non-probabilistic sampling were used, using SPSS vs 26 to analyze the data from the instrument, which was a questionnaire, which was applied to collaborators. The results show that 66.7% of the staff consider the payroll analysis applicable, while 33.3% do not. It is concluded that the actions or processes carried out by the personnel of the areas in charge are regular, since a significant percentage of workers stated that some processes are not applicable.
