The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between strategic forecast management and organizational development in an executing unit of the Territorial Directorate of the National Police of Peru. A mixed approach was used, combining an applied study with a sequential mixed methods design. The sample consisted of 50 subjects, including 37 active police officers and 13 civilians. The main findings highlight that the level of strategic forecast management is high, with 54%, while the level of organizational development is medium, with 50%. It is concluded that the study developed showed that strategic forecast management has a direct and significant influence on the organizational development of the DIRTEPOL Executing Unit. As strategic forecast management improves, a proportional increase in the level of organizational development is observed, supported by the statistical coefficients obtained.
