This study looks at how the work environment in basic education institutions affects the quality and well-being of education. Through a systematic review of the literature (RSL), the key factors that were shown to be responsible for poor performance and job satisfaction were leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence. It was found that 81% of developed studies belong to national institutions and are primarily quantitative in nature rather than experimental. The findings show that while a positive organizational environment might benefit teachers, a lack of management strategies can lead to conflicts and demotivation. It is concluded that improving communication and leadership skills can significantly alter the educational environment, benefiting both culture and the well-being of employees.
