Learning-centered pedagogical management and performance in professional internships strengthens key competencies for career success. The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between learning-centered pedagogical management and performance in pre-professional internships of students at the bilingual intercultural early childhood education school in Abancay, Peru. A non-experimental, cross-sectional design was used, with a correlational approach and a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 33 teachers. The results showed that 54.54% of teachers reported high frequency (almost always or always) in key pedagogical processes, while 24.24% stated the opposite (never or almost never), demonstrating inconsistencies in their implementation. It is concluded that pedagogical management shows inconsistencies in its key processes. 48.48% of teachers frequently apply reflection, but this practice does not generate operational improvements, which calls for more effective strategies.
