AGREDA RODRIGUEZ, Anthony Junior y LEYVA AGUILAR, Nolberto Arnildo. Soft skills applied to improve the competence of economic entrepreneurship project management in secondary school students. Tribunal [online]. 2025, vol.5, n.13, pp.582-597. Epub 02-Oct-2025. ISSN 2959-6513. https://doi.org/10.59659/revistatribunal.v5i13.289.
The research aimed to analyze soft skills based strategies developed over the past ten years to strengthen entrepreneurial competencies in educational and economic contexts. Its scope was descriptive and analytical, focusing on a systematic review of forty national and international studies selected for their relevance, methodological rigor, and connection to entrepreneurial education. A qualitative documentary methodology was applied, supported by thematic content analysis. Results revealed a strong correlation between the development of soft skills such as leadership, resilience, communication, and creativity and entrepreneurial success. Educational programs integrating these competencies were found to enhance innovation capacity and project sustainability. It is concluded that entrepreneurial education should foster emotional intelligence and socio-emotional skills from basic education, integrating them with technical competencies to promote sustainable economic and human development.
