VALVERDE-REYES, Fiorella Jamileth et al. The impact of document management on quality of care. Tribunal [online]. 2025, vol.5, n.13, pp.147-158. Epub 02-Oct-2025. ISSN 2959-6513. https://doi.org/10.59659/revistatribunal.v5i13.261.
The objective was to determine the impact of document management on the quality of care in a Local Educational Management Unit of Trujillo, 2024. This, under a non-experimental causal correlational design, with a sample of 162 teachers. The results show a significant relationship between document management and the quality of administrative attention, with an impact of 93.3% according to the Nagelkerke coefficient and a significance of 0.00. Most of those surveyed perceive these aspects as regular or deficient; 17% rate management and attention as unfavorable, while only 26% rate them positively. It is concluded that minimum standards are met, but without reaching excellence; therefore, there is a need to strengthen document management by digitalizing and modernizing administrative processes through the implementation of technological optimization strategies.
