HURTADO-VALENCIA, Saúl Manuel et al. Innovative methodologies in civil law training in Peru. Tribunal [online]. 2025, vol.5, n.13, pp.88-99.  Epub 02-Oct-2025. ISSN 2959-6513.  https://doi.org/10.59659/revistatribunal.v5i13.257.

Civil Law training in Peru faces challenges in the adoption of these methodologies. Despite isolated initiatives, traditional teaching remains predominant, which limits the development of key competencies in students. The objective of the study is to analyze the innovative methodologies used in Civil Law training. The approach is qualitative, based on a bibliographic review; searches were carried out in specialized databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, JSTOR, Dialnet. The sample consisted of scientific articles, books, publications on the subject. The technique was a bibliographic review and the instrument was a systematization matrix. The results expose the need to overcome the traditional approach, pointing out the importance of practical teaching and methodological rethinking. It is concluded that training in Civil Law requires active methodologies for the integral development of the student. The dialectical method, with the teacher as a guide, promotes research, critical thinking and problem solving through the analysis of practical cases.
