Resumen
SANTIAGO-PRADO, Arnold Fernando et al. Impact of quality of work life on teachers' organizational commitment. Tribunal [online]. 2025, vol.5, n.13, pp.62-72. Epub 02-Oct-2025. ISSN 2959-6513. https://doi.org/10.59659/revistatribunal.v5i13.255.
The objective was to determine the incidence of the quality of work life on the organizational commitment of teachers in a private educational institution in Chiclayo, 2024. The design was non-experimental with a causal explanatory scope. The sample consisted of 128 educators, and the Easton and Van Laar scale (19 items) was applied for quality of work life, while a questionnaire (18 items) was used for organizational commitment. The results showed that the quality of work life has a significant influence on organizational commitment (p value = 0.002 < 0.01) with a Nagelkerke value of 36.5%, which leads to the conclusion that the variability of organizational behavior depends directly on the quality of work life perceived by teachers, which acts as a basis for the consolidation of a greater emotional bond and sense of belonging, among other favorable attitudes towards the institutional mission.
