For many years, educational organizations have not emphasized the pedagogical practices that teachers carry out, as they have been an important resource for the development of students. Therefore, the objective of the study was to determine the relationship between good pedagogical practices and teaching performance. The methodology employed is based on a quantitative approach; A non-experimental, cross-sectional design was also implemented, considering a sample of 209 students and surveys. The results 62.2% indicate that the teaching method is at a medium level and 17.7% at a low level. Asymism, teaching performance that shows that in pedagogical practice, 60.8% indicate that teaching performance is at a medium level and 24.4% is at a low level. It is concluded that there is a relationship between pedagogical practices and teaching performance of 0.615**.
